1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NiceJob (the “Platform”), operated by Fignoc Technologies. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
NiceJob is a marketplace that helps clients and freelancers in Zimbabwe find and connect with one another. We are an introduction and reputation platform — we are not a party to any agreement you make with another user.
2. Payments happen off-platform
NiceJob does not process payments and does not take a commission on any job. Prices, deadlines, and payment methods are agreed directly between the client and the freelancer.
Because we do not handle funds, any dispute over payment or work delivered is between the parties involved. We encourage clear, written agreements before work begins.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use NiceJob.
You agree not to misrepresent your identity, skills, or qualifications, and not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Reviews and conduct
Reviews must reflect genuine, completed interactions. Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews are prohibited and may result in removal of content or suspension of your account.
You agree to treat other users with respect and to communicate honestly about scope, availability, and expectations.
5. Optional paid plans
Some features — such as additional visibility, higher limits, and boosts — are available through optional paid plans. Plan details and prices are shown in-app and may change with notice.
Paid plans relate only to Platform features and never to a commission on the work you agree with another user.
6. Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Fignoc Technologies is not liable for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any job arranged through NiceJob.
You use the Platform, and engage with other users, at your own discretion and risk.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
